Privacy Policy

1. Who We Are
Godines.ai is a product of Ruah Innovations LLC, based in San Benito, Texas (“Godines.ai,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). Godines is software that lets a business hand work to AI workers under its own rules: each worker has a defined scope and a named human owner, consequential actions are approved by a person before they happen, every run is recorded, and a task counts as done only when the system it touched confirms it.
If you have questions about this Privacy Policy, contact us at [email protected].
2. Scope of This Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, disclose, and delete information when you:
Godines is intended for business use, not personal or household use. This policy covers information relating to businesses and the people who represent them.
3. Information We Collect
A. Contact and business relationship information
Name, job title, company name, business address, email address, phone number, billing or contracting contacts, and records of communications with us.
B. Waitlist, survey, and onboarding information
What you tell us through the waitlist form, contact form, surveys, questionnaires, and setup conversations, such as your workflows, the systems you use, and the jobs you want to hand off.
C. Business data from systems you connect
When you use Godines, the workers you authorize may read and process data from systems you choose to connect, such as your CRM, email, accounting, ERP, inventory, spreadsheets, and exported reports. That can include financial records, orders and invoices, customer and vendor business contacts, message content and metadata, and the run records, logs, and summaries Godines produces.
Connections start read-only. Reading, drafting, sending, and writing to outside systems are separate permissions that you grant, and the default is deny.
D. Credentials and access information
API keys, tokens, connection settings, and access-control settings needed to connect the systems you choose. We configure access on a least-privilege basis.
E. Website information
Limited technical information such as IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, and basic cookie or session data.
4. How We Use Information
We do not sell your business data, and we do not use it to train AI models.
5. Legal Bases for Processing
Where applicable law requires one, we rely on performance of a contract with you or your business, our legitimate interests in operating, securing, and improving the service, your consent where legally required, and compliance with legal obligations.
6. Where Data Is Stored and How We Protect It
A. Storage
Where your data lives depends on how your company runs Godines. It may run on infrastructure you control (the owner-hosted option), or on servers in the United States that we operate or contract for directly. We will tell you which applies to your deployment before any of your systems are connected.
B. Security practices
We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, including:
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take it seriously and work to reduce risk.
7. AI Model Providers and Other Service Providers
Godines works above AI models. Depending on your configuration, a job may run on a model hosted on infrastructure you control or on a third-party AI model provider. When a third-party provider is used:
We also use service providers to run our business: Cloudflare delivers this website, and our waitlist, contact form, surveys, courses, and any store are run on our Odoo business system. These providers process information on our behalf.
Beyond these relationships, we share customer business data only if you direct us to; if law, regulation, subpoena, or legal process requires it; if necessary to protect our rights, security, or property; or in connection with a business transfer involving Ruah Innovations LLC, subject to appropriate confidentiality.
8. Data Retention
As a general principle, your company owns its data. We keep information only as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain the relationship, meet legal, tax, accounting, or recordkeeping obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
If you ask us to delete customer data we control, we will delete it within a reasonable time, subject to legal retention requirements, backup and system-integrity constraints, and limited records kept for billing, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution. If Godines runs on infrastructure you control, that data stays with you.
9. Cookies and Website Tracking
We use minimal cookies for basic site function, security, and analytics, including cookies set by Cloudflare and, on the waitlist, contact, survey, course, and store pages, by Odoo. We do not use advertising trackers. You can control cookies in your browser, though disabling some may affect how forms work.
10. Children’s Privacy
Godines.ai is not intended for anyone under 18 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact [email protected] and we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
11. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you are located, laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) may give you rights, subject to verification of your request, including:
California privacy notice basics
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. California residents may submit access, deletion, or correction requests by emailing [email protected].
GDPR basics
If the GDPR applies, you may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. You may contact us first at [email protected], and we will try to address your concern.
12. International Data Considerations
Godines.ai is based in the United States. If you use our services from outside the U.S., your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States, subject to applicable safeguards.
13. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated version here, update the “Last updated” date above, and provide additional notice where the law requires.
